Goals for the Project
The goal for this project was to create a brief video highlighting key aspects of the new LMS, and provide students, faculty, and staff with the information they need about the transition to the new platform.

How Did We Achieve the Project Goals?
Using the script provided by the OWL Migration Team’s Communications Manager, the project team developed a storyboard and design guide to plan out the video’s look and feel. We scouted locations in Western buildings that fit with the vision we developed and planned our shots to highlight these aspects of campus in the video.
We developed graphics and animated them to visualize the key talking points and engage viewers.
By following the design guide we outlined at the beginning of the project and adjusting as needed due to scheduling and script changes, we ensured we created a clean and high-quality finished product.
