Goals for the Project
The goal of this project was to develop a new version of the Preceptor Education Program by updating the content, assets, and overall design of the program. In the second phase of the project, we helped to create a fully French language version of the program and add three additional modules for professionals and students working in long-term care.
How Did We Achieve the Project Goals?
To ensure a consistent look and feel for each module and all of the multimedia assets we would be creating, we developed a new design scheme for the project, including a new colour palette and logo. We worked with the Centre for Teaching and Learning and the project sponsors from the Faculty of Health Sciences to develop various videos, activities, and new and engaging ways to present the content, such as hotspot interactions, reflection questions with immediate feedback, and downloadable resources.
