Goals for the Project
In this project, we collaborated with instructional designers to transform an introductory studio art course from a traditional in-person format to a comprehensive online learning experience.
The aim was not only to replicate the traditional classroom experience but also to enhance it through innovative digital methods.
How Did We Achieve the Project Goals?
We aimed to ensure an effective online delivery by:
- enhancing lecture videos
- generating video captions
- creating an organized and accessible materials page using HTML and custom CSS
- using VoiceThread to facilitate virtual discussions
creating interactive H5P activities
These initiatives assisted in the transition of course content into the digital realm, enhancing accessibility and engagement for remote learners.
